Ringkasan program

The course provides the student with a broad study of a range of humanities subjects through a combination of interdisciplinary and single subject modules; students are required to complete core modules designed to develop their skills, to support their learning and to help them engage with methodologies and approaches appropriate to the discipline; elective modules cover aspects of history, visual studies, literature and archaeology; the course is suitable if the student wishes to study part-time or full-time.

Modul program

Year 1 Students take 2 core (compulsory) modules which are designed to provide the student with a background to and understanding of a range of issues in the humanities, and a further 60 credits of elective modules from a range of subject areas; by the end of the course students have a coherent and detailed knowledge of the humanities and have gained a recognised qualification that can help them progress in their career; students have developed their skills in communication, independent study, critical thinking, and the ability to develop and sustain a reasoned argument. Year 2 Students take another 2 compulsory interdisciplinary modules and a further 60 credits of elective modules. Year 3 In order to finish their degree students complete a dissertation (30 credits) and a further 90 credits of modules from a range of interdisciplinary and single subject areas.
