This programme provides continuing professional development for practising solicitors and barristers; it also suits those wishing to enhance their career prospects through acquiring vocationally relevant knowledge and skills in the field of international business and commercial law; it provides participants with the knowledge, high order critical skills, needed to effectively contribute to the operational and strategic decision making processes within organisations; the programme culminates in a bound dissertation which allows students to carry out an in-depth investigation into an area of law of their interest.

Modul program

4 core modules: international trade law; corporate governance; corporate group structures; researching international business law; plus 4 optional modules from: international competition law; cyberspace law; international intellectual property law; global finance law; commercial leasing; employment law; alternative dispute resolution; commercial contracting; human rights law; commercial and consumer relationships.
