Ringkasan program
The programme is divided into 2 parts; part 1 comprises the taught element, which is worth a total of 120 credits (60 ECTS credits); students are required to take 4 modules; in addition, there is a compulsory research skills course in the 1st semester designed to offer students guidance with research preparation; part 2 consists of 2 supervised research projects on agreed topics relating to international business law of not more than 20000 words in total.
Modul program
At least 2 modules from: international intellectual property law; law of intellectual assets management and transactions; company law in a comparative context; transnational credit and security law; optional modules: e-commerce law; European competition law; international litigation; arbitration law.
