This programme introduces the structure of the international legal system, its relationship with national law, the sources and subjects of international law, and the law's application to contemporary situations, such as the environment, territory and the use of force; the taught modules provide a broad range of options for the study of different aspects of international law.

Core modules: international law; optional modules include: European Union law; international business law and institutions (WTO); international humanitarian law (armed conflict); European and international environmental law; international human rights responses to massive human rights violations; international terrorism and the law; corporations in international business law; human rights in Europe; rights of peoples, minorities and indigenous peoples; law of international organisations and institutions; war crimes trials; 1 additional free choice module.
