Ringkasan program
The Department of Politics and International Relations is innovative, interdisciplinary and post-disciplinary; research proposals reflecting these approaches are encouraged; the PhD programme is organised into 2 phases, a probationary period (year 1) devoted to research training and general preparation for the thesis (literature review and research proposal); modules cover research skills and key concepts, theories and approaches in the sub-field of choice; transfer to phase 2 is subject to acceptance by the upgrade panel; the department has a lively research culture with regular research seminars, participation in faculty-wide workshops, and a range of other programmes.
