Ringkasan program
This course focuses on the management of the tourism and hospitality industry; it provides a bridge between previous study on a higher national diploma (or equivalent) and an honours degree; studies include: strategic management and decision-making processes in the international hospitality industry; current international trends in tourism and hospitality marketing; a critical understanding of event management; theoretical approaches to policy and planning in tourism and their application in the real world.
Modul program
The award consists of 4 distinct modules, all using an extensive range of examples and case studies to reflect the global nature of the industry; this course can be studied over a single academic year and part-time study options (over 2 years) are also available.
