Ringkasan program

The aim of this programme is to develop the student�s knowledge and critical understanding of the principles of management and the way in which those principles have developed; knowledge and understanding of organisations, their external environment and how they are managed ; ability to apply and compare underlying concepts and principles outside the context in which they were first studied, and the application of those principles in the workplace; knowledge of the main methods of enquiry in management and ability to evaluate critically; the appropriateness of different approaches to problem-solving and applying these in the workplace; an understanding of the limits of their knowledge, and how this influences analyses and interpretations based on that knowledge in management and in a work context.

Modules include: Managing practice; managing finance; managing work of teams and individuals; managing human resources; reflective practice and continuous professional development 1; business statistics and information management; managing the legal context; reflective practice and continuous professional development 2; managing decisions; nature of leadership; organisational research project.
