Ringkasan program
Students on this programme take 7 core courses and select 3 optional courses; they also undertake an individual project comprising a comprehensive and critical review of a selected topic in the field of human resources; and there is also a non-assessed, compulsory workshop programme; the 1st part of the programme focuses on the building blocks of management; such as strategic management and marketing; while the 2nd half of the programme allows students to develop specialist knowledge and skills in human resource management; students work with a peer group of like-minded students at a similar stage in their management development, and with complementary interests and ambitions; the taught courses comprise a combination of lectures; seminars; tutorials; fieldwork; and project work; both in groups and individually; they also have opportunities for study trips in the UK and abroad.
Modul program
People in organisations; operations management; financial information management; marketing management; research methods; strategy and the competitive environment; and contemporary issues in human resources; optional courses: the business environment in China; learning and development; managing diversity in organisations; the knowledge economy; American business and management in an international context.
