This programme currently has 7 subject units, a transferable skills unit and an in-depth research project; each subject unit is taught in a 2 week block by research staff who are experts in their own fields.

Modul program

Animal production and the meat chain; animal welfare on farm and at slaughter; biochemistry and meat quality; poultry production and processing; transferable skills; meat hygiene and public health; meat processing and technology; principles of refrigeration and heat processing; research project.
