This course develops an in-depth knowledge of nutritional need, when working with individuals from conception to old age; bringing together the disciplines of science, health and psychology, the programme will equip you with a broad understanding of the nutritional needs of a complex and diverse society.
Modul program
Year 1: Essential study skills; communication skills; introduction to nutrition, lifestyles and culture; introduction to human behaviour; cellular form and function. Year 2: Biology and disease; nutrition across the lifespan; research methods. Year 3: personal and career development; wider determinants of overweight and obesity; public health nutrition.
