Our new Ashridge degree enables organisations to reward and develop employees while maximising their work-place contribution. We offer this flexible online Masters exclusively to experienced managers and Ashridge alumni who can succeed in self-directed, work-based study. With three sequential, certificated exit points, Certificate, Diploma and Masters (MSc), you select your pathway to qualification according to your own developmental goals. And with teaching, resources and interactive facilities of the highest quality, it is an enjoyable and fulfilling journey.

1. Are you a working professional? 2. Do you have at least three years' professional and/or managerial experience? 3. Do you have access to an organisation in which to undertake work-based assignments (typically, your employer)? 4. Have you completed executive education programmes at Ashridge within the past five years or do you intend to complete such programmes? 5. Do you wish to convert your prior learning into a qualification? 6. Do you have a first degree or equivalent academic award, or if not, can you give evidence of your experience, managerial, analytic, and strategic skills? 7. Can you demonstrate the motivation and capability to benefit from – and contribute to – the programme? 8. Do you have regular access to a computer with an internet connection, preferably at broadband speeds, to access online learning resources? 9. If English is not your first language, do you already have a degree that was taught and assessed in English and/or significant professional experience of using spoken and written English? (You may be asked to satisfy IELTS/TOEFL standards—minimum spoken and written scores of IELTS 7.0 or TOEFL IBT 100 or Pearson Test of English Academic 60).
