Ringkasan program
This course encouraged participants to become reflective practitioners and they will be required to keep a journal which records their own development. Participants will explore educational theories, learn how to plan, deliver, assess and evaluate and consider teaching and learning for a range of groups and individuals. Participants will demonstrate how their own understanding of the principles of teaching and learning is developing. It covers modules such as preparing to teach in the lifelong learning sector, teaching and reflecting on own practice, aligning teaching and learning, action research, teaching and reflecting on others practice and professional values and inclusive practice.
