Ringkasan program
The course is designed for people who wish to progress to study an honours degree in product design or are interested in a career in product design and require a foundation degree to enhance employment prospects; this course is currently subject to approval and liable to change.
Modul program
Year 1: Mathematics; principles of engineering; sketching; drawing and reading drawings; applied mechanics; introduction to product design; computer aided design; applications of information technology in product design. Year 2: Product analysis and redesign; materials; statics; mathematics; computer aided design; product design methods and practice; system dynamics; work-based learning.
