The course recognises the distinction between the professional surveying disciplines, but ensures a level of commonality, essential for the modern surveyor working in a rapidly changing environment; the course provides students with the opportunity to apply for Assessment of Technical Competence with the RICS and to qualify as a Technical Surveyor (Tech RICS).
