Ringkasan program
This new and innovative interdisciplinary programme takes account of the historical and increasingly important role that religion has played in social and public policy at both national and global levels; it combines a twin perspective on globalisation and social policy to introduce students to key theoretical and policy debates on the way in which religious actors, institutions and values shape social policy agendas; drawing upon cutting-edge research with international development institutions and a wide array of regions including Europe, America and the Middle East, the course exposes you to a variety of subjects in politics, religious studies and social policy; allowing students to steer studies according to academic and professional needs.
Modul program
Course content: Philosophy, methods and ethics of social research; a choice of core and optional modules on globalisation, religion, spirituality, politics, international relations and social policy; dissertation.
