Ringkasan program
This course is designed for people who are, or would like to be, involved with coaching, physical education or fitness; it develops a sound understanding of the major areas needed to work in these industries and includes skills required for effective communication, self-development and career progression; learning takes place in the workplace and at college.
Modul program
Level 4 (120 credits): Coaching environment; coaching practice and delivery; human interaction and performance; physical education in the national curriculum; foundations of physical activity and health; introduction to training theory. Level 5 (120 credits): Coaching for performance; coaching pedagogy; delivery methods in physical education; sports placement; sports project; strength and conditioning for sport.
