This course give a detailed understanding of the international tourism and hospitality businesses and their importance within the global economy, developing knowledge and skills to progress further into a successful career in these dynamic sectors; students develop appropriate analytical and managerial competencies, which enables students to respond to strategic issues, as well as developing capacity to stimulate change in response to current and future developments; this is aided by an optional 30-week placement, designed to give further hands-on skills that help make students even more attractive to potential employers.
