This pioneering programme caters for those individuals/organisations who maintain people in or return people to work; the programme takes a biopsychosocial approach to lifestyle balance, health and well-being in the workplace and is the only programme of its kind nationally; it supports current government initiatives by providing education for professionals who want to specialise in this field; it therefore provides the key skills for those who aim to enhance their business, practice and performance through better health and wellbeing.
Modul program
PgCert: Contemporary issues in work and wellbeing; investigating the person work and environment; facilitating change (person, work and environment). PgDip: Research methods; research and project design; principles and practice of data analysis; 1 further optional module can be taken from the inter-professional Masters scheme. Master's: Research project.
