Ringkasan program
This program focuses on advanced hospitality leadership practices within the various industry segments. Leadership of hospitality service operations will be studied in the context of realms of experience and guest quality assurance. In this concentration, highly developed principles of the guest experience will be examined along with the critical role employee development and service delivery plays within the hospitality industry.

Applicants must possess the equivalent of a bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited institution. International students must have obtained a minimum TOEFL score of 20 on each section or a minimum IELTS score of 6.5 on each section and an overall band score of at least 7.0 is required.
