Ringkasan program
This program is designed for students who have already earned a bachelor’s degree or higher in another field and seek to earn a bachelor of science in nursing. The program is designed to prepare students for practice with individuals, families and communities in many different settings. This program builds on prior learning to provide a broad professional preparation based on nursing science and grounded in biological, physical and behavioral sciences as well as the humanities. This program is approved by the Michigan Board of Nursing and accredited by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE). Graduates qualify to take the NCLEX-RN, the licensure examination to become registered nurses.

The modules include NUR 340: Foundations of Scholarly Nursing Practice; PHM 350: Pharmacology; NUR 330: Health Assessment and Nursing Therapeutics; NUR 350: Foundations of Scholarly Nursing Practice; NUR 370: Mental Health and Psychiatric Nursing; NUR 360: Acute Nursing Care of Adults; NUR 380: Level II Integrative Seminar; NUR 435: Care of the Childbearing Family; NUR 440: Nursing Care of Children, Adolescents and Families; NUR 450: Level III Integrative Seminar; NUR 460: Leadership Clinical Immersion; NUR 470: Community Health and Population Nursing; NUR 480: Role Transition Seminar.
Persyaratan masuk bagi mahasiswa internasional
Students whose first language is not English and who are admitted to Michigan State University with regular admission must meet one of the following language proficiency requirements. They should have obtained a minimum TOEFL score of 79 on internet based test (with no sub score below 17) and 550 on paper based test (with no sub score below 52). An IELTS score of 6.5 or higher is required. They should have secured an SAT critical reading score of 480 or higher and an ACT exam sub score of 18 or higher on the English section. Average score of at least 80 with no subs core below 80 is required for Michigan State University English Language Test (MSUELT) and an average score of 80 or higher is required for Michigan English Language Assessment Battery (MELAB).
