This program will prepare professionals who value education and recognize the importance of lifelong learning through participating in professional research, continuing education activities, and involvement in professional memberships and organizations; measure key student learning outcomes and utilize the data for the ongoing enrichment of the program; prepare the therapeutic massage instructors and independent business owners of the future; qualify graduates to pursue higher education in related areas of study. Graduates of the program will recommend strategies to participate in professional activities and pursue personal/professional development; construct a comprehensive business plan; refine massage and bodywork techniques for therapeutic benefit.

Students seeking admission to this University must have a minimum score of 500 in paper-based, 173 in computer-based or 61 in internet-based TOEFL. Studentss with a TOEFL score below 500, 173 or 61 and willing to study in Rapid City campus are required to participate in the English as a Second Language (ESL) program until they satisfy the required completion criteria. Studentss are also required to have one of the following: official academic transcript or marks sheets from previous secondary education institutions and universities attended; a transcript from an accredited US higher education institution or from an international institution that is approved by the country’s national ministry of education or appropriate approved body indicating completion of a post-secondary program or certified GED examination report.

This campus, conveniently located just 15 minutes from downtown Kansas City. The Overland Park campus has been serving students in western Missouri and eastern Kansas since 2001, and is one of three University's campuses in the Kansas City metro area. In addition to its strong business and information technology curriculum, the Overland Park campus offers two exciting nursing programs: an Associate of Science in Nursing Mobility program and a Practical Nurse Diploma.

National American University provides on-campus housing to the students through residence halls located near all classes, the library, gym, and weight room. The residence hall consists of three living areas: east, central and west wings. The east and central wings have three floors each and the west wing has four floors. Each floor has 8-10 rooms. The main lobby consists of a lounge area with a large screen television and several computer work stations. A kitchenette, vending machines, and laundry facilities are also available; services offered to students include: free parking space (but limited), wireless Internet access (with monthly fee), and rental televisions. The rooms in the Women’s West Wing can accommodate up to four women and have a private bathroom. The rooms in Men’s West Wing can accommodate up to four men and have a private bathroom. The Central Wing will be in use for SDSM and T and WDT students beginning the fall quarter. The East wing is a non-traditional student wing made up of mostly single rooms. Students who live on campus are more likely to obtain a degree, have a higher grade point average, and experience higher degree of satisfaction.
