This program helps students develop a foundation of knowledge related to accounting in terms of business strategy, financial statements, cost information, economics, management, and ethical issues. Students encounter real-world scenarios in which they use accounting information resources and systems to present conclusions based on accounting and business data.

Modul program

The modules are as follows: ACC220 Survey of Accounting: The Maze of Numbers, ACC225 Financial Accounting, ACC260 Accounting Ethics: Keeping it Clean, FIN200 Introduction to Finance: Harvesting the Money Tree, ACC230 Financial Reporting: Peeking Under the Financial Hood, ACC250 Accounting Information Systems.

Persyaratan masuk bagi mahasiswa internasional

Applicant must have earned a high school diploma, GED, California High School Proficiency Examination certificate, or foreign secondary school equivalent. Applicants who do not currently meet this requirement can arrange to take the GED through their state GED administrator's office or search for the nearest GED testing center. They can be currently employed and if not, they must have access to an organizational environment that allows them to apply the concepts they learn in their courses. They can be a citizen or permanent resident of the United States or hold an approved, valid visa if attending a campus located in the United States. Students should pass the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL), the Test of English for International Communication (TOEIC), the Berlitz Online English Proficiency Exam or the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) if the student is a non-native speaker of English.
