This program prepares students for a leading role in occupations ranging from gourmet catering to restaurant management. It brings students with a passion for the art of food preparation together with professors who have almost 100 years of collective professional experience. Courses combine classroom and laboratory work, encouraging a balance between individual motivation and collaboration.

Persyaratan masuk bagi mahasiswa internasional
Students should have proof of English language proficiency as determined by the results of the TOEFL or IELTS. Native English speakers do not need to submit test results. TOEFL scores must be sent directly from the College Board. Recommended minimum TOEFL score is 80 (internet version), 550 (paper version), 213 (computer version). IELTS scores must be sent directly from the testing agency. Recommended minimum IELTS score is 6.5.
