Ringkasan program

This program prepares students for careers in management of agricultural firms such as farms and ranches or agribusiness firms supplying inputs or marketing agricultural products. The degree program has 15 hours of free elective courses (chosen from any other courses not used elsewhere in the degree program). Students transferring into the department often choose the Agricultural and Applied Economics degree to receive maximum credit for courses taken at other institutions.

Students must have graduated from an accredited high school and present the required combination of high school class rank and college entrance test scores. They should have successfully completed the curriculum requirements such as 4 units of English, 3 units of mathematics and 2 units of laboratory science or advanced high school program or its equivalent. They must have the satisfied ACT assessment or score of at least 1,500 out of 2,400 or the equivalent on SAT. Applicants whose native language is not English must meet an English proficiency requirement by submitting Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) with a score of at least 550 on paper exam, 213 on computer exam or 79 on internet-based exam or International English Language Testing System (IELTS) with a score of at least 6.5 is required for admission.
