Ringkasan program
The Theatre major is considered to be part academic discipline, part technical craft, and part art. As a discipline, this major requires students to learn and explore certain facts and concepts. As a craft, it encourages students to develop technical skills and proficiencies, and as an art, the major supports students in their own personal development. Thus, the Theatre program strives to provide students with a balanced experience as theatre scholars, technicians, and artists.
Persyaratan masuk bagi mahasiswa internasional
Students must have a 3.0 (weighted/unweighted) GPA in the academic courses in order to be admitted to the University of Nevada. Students must be graduate of an approved or accredited high school. The minimum scores required for admission are: Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) score of 61 (iBT-Internet-Based Test), 500 (Paper-Based Test), or 173 (Computer-Based Test). International English Language Testing System (IELTS- must be academic version) with an equivalency score of 6. Completion of English 101 or equivalent from another U.S. higher education institution.
