Ringkasan program
This program provides a background knowledge and understanding in live animal production, slaughter and fabrication, and meat processing along with a basic understanding of chemical and physical processes of meat production. Students pursuing this option are prepared to enter the meat industry working in quality assurance, slaughter/fabrication, meat processing, product development and sales.
Persyaratan masuk bagi mahasiswa internasional
Applicants should have graduated from an accredited high school or should have earned a General Education Diploma (GED). In addition to this, international students should have obtained a minimum TOEFL score of 500 (paper-based), or 61 (internet-based); or an International English Language Testing System (IELTS) score of 6.0.
