The purpose of the human resource development for higher education and industry degree is to prepare professionals for education in post-secondary and proprietary institutions, industry, business, and government agencies. Graduates are competent in planning, conducting, and managing education, training, and other human resource development activities.The degree has been designed to recognize current competencies of the experienced individual. Flexibility is designed into the delivery system and sequencing of courses. Advanced specialization in a discipline is an option.
