The foodservice industry is the nation’s number one private employer. If students have business savvy and a passion for food, this program emphasizes design, catering, franchise development, food preparation, cost controls and more. The professors in this program are restaurant and foodservice experts and will position students with the technical and managerial skills they need for success in this delicious industry.
