Uraian Tempat

Founded in 1995, the Preston Robert Tisch Center for Hospitality, Tourism, and Sports Management at New York University was established in response to the growing need for higher education and training in the hospitality and tourism fields. By 1999, the Tisch Center sought to satisfy the growing needs of sports business professionals, incorporating the discipline of sports management into the academic portfolio. In 2008, it celebrates the thirtieth anniversary of the renowned NYU International Hospitality Industry Investment Conference, hosted by Tisch Center students and faculty since 1997.

Informasi mengenai akomodasi

The University provides housing facilities to its freshmen students in 7 of its residence halls. There are two types of residences provided which are apartment style and traditional style. Apartment style residences include two to three room suites which can accommodate up to six students and are provided at a low cost also. Traditional style residences include shared studios and one to two room suites accommodating up to 5 students. University housing is very limited and only available to full-time students, which requires that they enroll for 12 credits each semester. If they would like to be considered for housing, a completed admissions application must be submitted to the Office of Admissions by the priority deadline for the fall term.
