This program provides students with an understanding of how communities are structured, what their needs are, and how they are governed. Planners develop long-term and short-term plans to use land for the growth and revitalization of urban, suburban, and rural communities, while helping local officials make decisions concerning social, economic, and environmental problems.

Persyaratan masuk bagi mahasiswa internasional

Applicants to be considered for admission should have completed the equivalent of 12 years of elementary and secondary education. Also applicants need to provide evidence of proficiency in English language with a minimum Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) scores of 500 (paper-based test), 173 (computer-based test), and 61 (Internet-based test). International English Language Testing System (IELTS) with a minimum band score of 5.5 may also be used as an alternative.
