Ringkasan program
This program has core courses in theory and in quantitative and computer methods as well as a number of economics electives. If they wish, students can choose field electives relating to career tracks: business, banking and international economics, public policy or graduate school (see below). In one of their final field courses, students develop and carry out a senior project that shows their ability to apply what they have learned, both analytically and quantitatively. For potential employers, it provides an important demonstration of what an economics graduate can do.

Persyaratan masuk bagi mahasiswa internasional
International students are not required to take the SAT or the ACT for standard admission. However, these tests may be required for direct admission and scholarship consideration. Undergraduate students must achieve a minimum TOEFL score of 173 (61 Internet-based test), a minimum IELTS score of 6.0 or a minimum MELAB score of 69. TOEFL, IELTS and MELAB scores are valid for two (2) years from test date. The University of Akron accepts only valid test scores.
