Ringkasan program
This program offers students an opportunity to conduct an in-depth exploration of issues related to diversity in the United States. Majors engage in an interdisciplinary course of study that investigates the historical and contemporary condition and contributions of minorities, women and the poor. Graduates of this major are prepared to work in a variety of settings in both the public and private sector. The major includes a Social Science Core requirement that provides students with a critical review of social science theory and it’s application in a diverse society. Students may select from electives in Asian American Studies, Mexican American Studies, African American Studies and Women’s Studies for breadth in the field of study.
