This program is designed to address their needs as a working adult (or an adult seeking employment) who want to complete a college degree in a customized area of study. It focuses on skills that are in high demand by today's employers-skills such as creative problem solving, critical thinking, team building, communication technology, and work-life integration.

The Core Courses (24 credits) includes: CTE 330 Introduction to Adult and Career Education (3 credits), CTE 494 Career and Technical Education Workshop (3 credits), HRD 355 Work-Life Integration (3 credits), HRD 489 Adult Learners in Higher Education and Training (3 credits), TMGT 491 Creativity and Ideation Techniques and Practices (3 credits), TMGT 495 Abstracting, Inferencing, and Technological Thinking (3 credits), TMGT 497 Problem Solving Techniques: A Team Approach (3 credits), Directed Elective (3 credits), 18 Hour Track (18 credits).
Persyaratan masuk bagi mahasiswa internasional
Students should have a minimum of 60 credit hours from a regionally accredited college or university with a cumulative grade point average of 2.0 or above in all college-level studies. Students should have completed courses in English (writing); public speaking; mathematics (intermediate algebra or above); basic laboratory sciences (biology, life sciences), and physical education.
