The B.A.S. programs are a flexible, 60-credit-hour degree designed specifically for students who have earned an A.A.S. from a regionally accredited institution. The concentration in operations management technology provides the tools needed for success as a manager. An effective manager is someone who can organize work, understands the work environment and can create a safe and healthful work environment, hires qualified workers that can do the job or can be trained/educated to perform the job, motivates and develops the workforce, effectively utilizes the resources available to create quality products and/or services and accomplishes his/her unit goals. The B.A.S. in operations management technology prepares undergraduate students for supervisory and management functions in industry, manufacturing, public service and other service organizations.

Applicants must be high school graduates. They should have obtained a GPA score of 3.0 in competency courses (2.5 - 2.99 considered), ACT score of 24, SAT reasoning score of 1110. In addition to this, international students should have obtained a TOEFL score of 500 (paper-based), 173 (computer-based), or 61 (internet-based); minimum overall band of 6.0 with no band below 5.5 on the International English Language Testing System (IELTS); and minimum score of 53 on Pearson Test of English (PTE). Students applying to this program must have completed an Associate of Applied Science (A.A.S.) degree from a regionally accredited institution.
