Ringkasan program
This program couples the five-year Bachelor of Architecture and the Master of Community Planning degrees. Students who have earned their undergraduate degree in architecture are eligible to participate in this joint degree program. They must have taken CPLN 5000: History and Theory of Urban Form during their first four years of the Bachelor of Architecture curriculum. They must have completed one hundred twenty (120) undergraduate credit hours toward their Bachelor of Architecture degree including CPLN 5000. They should complete a total of thirty-nine (39) CPLN-listed credit hours to earn this joint degree.

Students to be considered for admission must have completed a bachelor’s degree from an accredited U.S. institution, or the equivalent from an international institution with good academic good standing in the institution last attended. They must have obtained any one of the following scores: a GPA of at least 2.75 on all undergraduate course work at an accredited United States institution in fulfillment of the requirements for a baccalaureate degree; a GPA of at least 3.0 on all graduate course work at an accredited United States institution in fulfillment of the requirements for a graduate degree; or an acceptable GRE scores. Also students whose native language is not English must demonstrate their proficiency in English language either with a TOEFL scores of at least 550 on the written test (213 on the computer based test, 79 on the Internet Based Test with 16 in each section) or IELTS scores of at least 6.5.
