This program is designed to prepare men and women for middle- and upper-level management in construction contracting. The major has been developed in cooperation with experts from the construction industry and guidelines are established by major construction associations and feedback from employers and graduates. The construction management major reflects the current needs and trends in the construction industry.

Applicants should have obtained a minimum TOEFL score of 173 (CBT) and 500 (PBT), or MELAB score of 72, or IELTS score of 6.0. ACT or SAT test scores may waive the English proficiency test requirement; the English sub score or critical reasoning sub score must be at least 19 or 430, respectively.
