The School of Creative Arts at the University of Saint Francis provides students with a solid education in the arts which encompasses both traditionally and technologically advanced methods of arts education. It facilitates learning and professional development for a diverse student body. Franciscan values are promoted in the coursework and learning experience to provide for the personal growth of each student. The Associate Degree in Communication Arts and Graphic Design provides students with working knowledge in a specific concentration. The various Bachelor of Art degrees complement the liberal arts tradition of the university and educate students in programs which specifically promote the areas of studio art, communication arts and graphic design, computer art, art education, communication, art history and music technology. The School of Creative Arts offers coursework in Music, Dance and Theater. The Master of Art program builds upon a baccalaureate foundation to provide a student with expertise in a specific major and minor.

The University provides good accommodation facilities to its students through its three residence halls. The details are as follows. Padua Hall style is similar to apartment style living with 6 to 8 people per unit. Students live in single or double rooms. Each unit has large bathrooms, a kitchenette and lounge area. All rooms contain sinks and carpet. Recently renovated, Trinity Hall is a traditional style residence hall consisting of mostly two person rooms with some triple and quadruple rooms. There are community bathrooms in each corridor and a kitchen and laundry room is off of a central TV lounge. All rooms contain movable furniture and some rooms also contain sinks and carpet. One small computer room is located in each wing. Bonzel Hall will be undergoing a renovation during the 2009-2010 academic year and will reopen for housing in the fall of 2010. Bonzel Hall is an all-freshman hall. It is a traditional style residence hall primarily consisting of two person rooms with community bathrooms. A computer room, exercise area, kitchen, laundry room, and TV room are available on the lower level. Residents have access to voice mail, cable television, and internet within each room in all the three residence halls.
