Ringkasan program

This program requires a minimum of 36 s.h. of work for the major. It provides a preapproved plan of study that combines a foundation in recreation management with a choice of two emphasis areas: the workplace practices and perspectives emphasis and the entrepreneurship emphasis. Students also have the option of proposing their own recreation-related emphasis area to the faculty advisory committee. Students must earn 12 s.h. in their chosen emphasis area. Students who choose the workplace practices and perspectives emphasis must complete at least one course from each of three components (speaking and writing, foundations and practices, cultural diversity).

Persyaratan masuk bagi mahasiswa internasional

Students must have completed academic upper secondary school (generally a total of 12-13 years of primary and secondary education), or a corresponding secondary school diploma or leaving certificate. They must meet above-average grades in a university-preparatory program. They should have completed the required amount of secondary school preparation in the following areas: mathematics three years, science three years, social studies three years, native language four years and single foreign language two years. Students whose first language is not in English must have obtained a minimum TOEFL score of 530 on the paper-based test or 71 on the internet-based test for regular admission, or they should have a minimum International English Language Testing System (IELTS) score of 6.5.
