Ringkasan program
This program is for those students who wish to have double majors, who might choose a related field (e.g., arts management, part-time performance careers in orchestras) or who simply want a concentrated exposure to music study. For those who intend to pursue graduate study in music or a performing career, the major program should be viewed as the minimum requirement. Such students should regularly seek the advice of department faculty in expanding their program to suit their particular needs and goals. In the conducting concentration a piano proficiency exam must be completed before the end of the sophomore year. The student must undertake a senior project under faculty direction.

The modules include MUS 11 Basic Musicianship, MUS 2 Keyboard Harmony I, MUS 82 Harmony I, MUS 3 Keyboard Harmony II, MUS 7 Aural Skills, MUS 83 Harmony II, MUS 4 Keyboard Harmony III, MUS 8 Aural Skills II, MUS 233 Medieval and Renaissance Music, MUS 234 Baroque and Classical Music, MUS 235 Romantic Music, MUS 236 Twentieth-Century Music, MUS 321 Conducting I, MUS 322 Conducting II, MUS 311 Conducting Internship.
