Ringkasan program
This program is designed to acquaint students with the broad spectrum of the economic, political, and sociological framework within which the law functions and it also may be pursued as a pre-law major in preparation for law school. Students will be exposed to a curriculum that will challenge their thinking process and reasoning abilities through the use of actual court cases, trial simulations, negotiations and other advocacy skills that stress written and oral communication.

The modules are Law S.B.M. 1102 Law of Contracts Law; S.B.M. 3562 International Law; Law S.B.M. 4596 Legal Research, Writing and Advocacy; Law S.B.M. 3502 Law for the Entrepreneur; Law S.B.M. 3503 The Consumer and the Law; Law S.B.M. 3504 Sports and the Law; Law S.B.M. 3505 Constitutional Law; Law S.B.M. 3506 Law, Technology and E-Commerce; Law S.B.M. 3507 Business Law for Accountants; Law S.B.M. 3508 The Litigation Process; Law S.B.M. 3582 Independent Study; Real Estate 3502 Real Estate Practice.
Persyaratan masuk bagi mahasiswa internasional
Applicant must have completed the equivalent of an American secondary school education (usually 12 years of formal education) and have the appropriate graduation diplomas or satisfactory leaving examination results. Applicants still attending their secondary school (usually the first 12 years of schooling and equivalent to a U.S. high school) or if they have taken fewer than 15 credits (generally four to five courses or one-half year of study) at an institution of higher education after satisfactorily completing their secondary schooling can also apply. They should have grade point average of 3.0 in college-prep courses with B average. They must have obtained minimum TOEFL scores of 550 for paper-based test, 213 for computer-based test, and 79 for internet-based test; or they should have IELTS minimum score of 6.0.
