This program involves identifying and analyzing the needs of an organization and applying computer technology, quantitative techniques, and administrative skills to meet those needs. It will prepare students for a career in a dynamic and growing industry. Computer-related careers have been named as some of the fastest growing and best paying. Opportunities are projected to be best for applicants with an IS degree coupled with strong communication and administrative skills. ISM graduates will find career opportunities wherever computers are used in business, industry, and government. These are just a few examples: business analysis, knowledge management system, website management, e-commerce development, decision support systems, database administration, inventory control systems and software product development.

Persyaratan masuk bagi mahasiswa internasional

International applicants whose native language is not English must demonstrate proficiency in the English language by meeting any one of the following: minimum TOEFL score of 550 paper-based test (PBT) or 80 internet-based test (iBT); minimum IELTS score of 6.5; minimum SAT Critical Reading score of 530 or ACT English subscore of 23; successful completion of ELS Language Center Level 112. All applicants with college level coursework from a foreign institution must have their transcripts evaluated by an approved foreign credential evaluation organization, such as World Educations Services (WES) or Joseph Silny and Associates or an evaluation service listed currently as a member of the National Association of Credential Evaluation Services (NACES).
