This program acquaints students with scientific methods and studies, and with theoretical foundations in the subfields of psychology (experimental, developmental, community, organizational, social, personality, clinical). Courses in child and adolescent development, community psychology, health psychology, and adult development and aging emphasize the applications of psychological knowledge and skills in many areas of human functioning.

Persyaratan masuk bagi mahasiswa internasional

Students should have completed the following coursework at the college preparatory level or higher during high school such as four years of English, two years of social studies (including one year of U.S. history), three years of mathematics, two years of foreign language (in a single language), three years of science (two with a lab), and two years of electives. In addition to this, students must have considerable facility with English, and prospective students whose native language is not English are required to take college writing 1 and 2 with a grade of C or better at a regionally accredited college or university, or to take the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL). They should have a minimum TOEFL score of 550 on the paper version of the test, 213 on the computer-based version and 79-80 on the internet-based version.
