This program is recommended for students planning to be professional biologists in industry or governmental service or for graduate work in the biological sciences. It is also appropriate for students planning professional careers in medicine, dentistry, or veterinary medicine. The ecology and organismic biology emphasis is intended for students who have an interest in the scientific study of interactions of organisms with one another and with the physical and chemical environment. Modern ecology relies heavily on experiments, both in laboratory and in field settings. This track is also intended for students interested in the study of animal life. It covers areas ranging from the structure of organisms to the sub-cellular unit of life.

Persyaratan masuk bagi mahasiswa internasional

Students must have a high school GPA of 3.0 - 3.6, a score of 980-1130 in SAT and 20-24 in ACT, students from non-English speaking country must have a minimum score of 550 on the paper-based test (TOEFL PBT), or 80 on the internet-based version or a minimum score of 6.5 in IELTS.
