This program emphasizes business management, and the core of required courses provides a background for entry into hotel, restaurant, resort and other hospitality fields. Electives provide the opportunity to expand into other specialized areas as well.

Students should have a minimum TOEFL score of 525 for PBT, 70 for IBT, or a 6.0 on the IELTS, with no less than 5.5 on any individual band scores. Students who have completed, or will complete, a U.S.-style secondary/high school program, who have completed, or will complete, a Canadian-style secondary/high school program, either in Canada or overseas, students wishing to be considered for athletic scholarship and wishing to be considered for merit-based scholarships are strongly encouraged to have SAT or ACT results. Students who have met the English proficiency requirements are strongly encouraged to attend an interview.
