This program is accredited by AACSB representing the highest standard of achievement for business schools worldwide. Students in the OSM concentration learn how to set standards, goals, and objectives and measure their achievement. Continuous improvement, benchmarking, six sigma methodology, quality management, operations research, decision sciences, project management, technology management, operations management, supply chain, and business process analysis are some of the tools that OSM majors use for performance achievement. Graduates who specialize in Operations and Systems Management (OSM) are employed in supply chain and logistics, operations management and quality management in both service and manufacturing to more effectively manage businesses. Opportunities exist for professional certification and certified production and inventory management, certified quality auditor, certified quality engineer, and certified quality manager.

Students must have a 2.75 cumulative grade point average (4.0 scale) for admitting into College of Engineering or School of Technology, 2.5 for other programs and schools, a minimum 550 PBT, 213 CBT, 79 iBT (paper-based, computer-based, internet-based) in TOEFL or 690 in TOEIC or 6.5 overall band score in IELTS, minimum 420 writing, 500 critical reading, (550 Math/Quantitative) in SAT 1.
