Ringkasan program
This program involves working with all those who manage, buy, sell, rent, lease, or invest in residential and/or commercial property. Real estate and urban analysis also includes application of economic trends, business trends, zoning laws, financial services and knowledge of urban society as they meet the needs of people and businesses who need to buy or sell property. Real Estate students, in addition to receiving broad training in general business management and business finance, are encouraged to acquire an interdisciplinary background by taking courses in urban sociology, economic geography, and related areas. Students specializing in real estate should be sensitive to the complexities of the urban society and be enabled to work productively within it. Students selecting Real Estate and Urban Analysis as an area of specialization will obtain a broad foundation for careers as (1) appraisers, corporate real estate managers, and property managers, (2) residential agents and commercial brokers often specializing in property types, or (3) mortgage and construction lending professionals as well as investment analysts.

Persyaratan masuk bagi mahasiswa internasional
Students must have a successful completion of four years of a university preparatory curriculum (also known as college preparatory curriculum or college prep) while in the final four years (grades 9-12) of high school/secondary school such as four units of English, three (four)units of math, three units of natural science with significant lab experience, two (three) units of social science, two (three) units of the same foreign language, one unit of a visual or performing art, one additional unit of the above courses and they must possess the performance in high school/secondary school as shown by class rank or grade point average. They should have the SAT critical reading and verbal score of at least 500 and ACT English score of at least 21. International applicants whose native language is not English must have results from the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) with a score of at least 527 on the paper based test, 71 on the Internet-based test, score of at least 79 on the Michigan English Language Assessment Battery (MELAB) and an official band score of at least 6.5 on the International English Language Testing System (IELTS).
