Civil Engineering involves the study of engineering principles and the application of scientific knowledge and technology for the betterment of humankind. Civil Engineers study structures and their foundations and invent safer, more economical ways of construction.

Persyaratan masuk bagi mahasiswa internasional
Students must have a 3.0 (weighted/unweighted) GPA in the academic courses in order to be admitted to the University of Nevada. Students must be graduate of an approved or accredited high school. The minimum scores required for admission are: Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) score of 61 (iBT-Internet-Based Test), 500 (Paper-Based Test), or 173 (Computer-Based Test). International English Language Testing System (IELTS- must be academic version) with an equivalency score of 6. Completion of English 101 or equivalent from another U.S. higher education institution.
