Ringkasan program
This program prepares students for entry level managerial positions in institutional and commercial foodservice establishments such as retail, hospital, university, senior citizen centers, and public schools. The concentration involves an applied field of study in the areas of food science, quantity food production, food safety, nutrition, business management, and marketing.

Persyaratan masuk bagi mahasiswa internasional
Admission to this University requires students to complete high school with an acceptable diploma type. Successful completion of the GED is acceptable in lieu of high school graduation. The A minimum TOEFL score of 500 or above (paper-based), 173 or above (computer-based), 61 or above (internet-based) is required. They should have attain 5.0 or above on the IELTS.
