Newspaper companies are fast becoming multi-media operations with daily and weekly newspapers supplemented by a variety of niche products online operations. Yes, the students are quickly changing with the times. Reporters and editors in-training at SJGC get lots of practical writing skills on multiple platforms as well as develop a nose for news, curiosity, persistence, resourcefulness, a good memory and the physical stamina for gathering facts and meeting deadlines.
