Ringkasan program

This program provides students with the opportunity to enhance their knowledge, practical skills and career opportunities in the field of professional acting through extensive theoretical and practical training by drawing upon the resources of two of New York’s oldest and most respected institutions of higher learning: St. John's as a metropolitan university, and The American Academy of Dramatic Arts' (AADA) primacy in the field of actor training. It combines their intellectual, artistic resources and cultural diversity to give students an exceptional education in the dramatic arts, film and television that is unlike any other performing arts program. The program not only exposes students to performance and theoretical examination of the styles, practices and methodologies of the performing arts through the American Academy of Dramatic Arts’ intense curriculum, but also offers a competitive and educational advantage through extensive theoretical and practical training in the styles, practices and methodologies of directing, writing and producing for film and television.

Persyaratan masuk bagi mahasiswa internasional

Students should have an average GPA of 88 or 3.3 on the 4.0 scale. They should also have an average SAT score of 1092 out of 1600 in math and critical reading. In addition to this, international students should have obtained a minimum TOEFL internet score of 61. A minimum IELTS score of 5.0 is also required.
